End-User License Agreement

1. License grant
Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, Elu Technology Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Agentic SSH on the number of devices permitted by your plan.
2. Ownership
Agentic SSH is licensed, not sold. Elu Technology Ltd and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the software.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Agentic SSH only:
- on machines you own or are authorized to operate;
- in compliance with applicable laws and the policies of the systems you connect to;
- without attempting to resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or circumvent license enforcement.
4. The software acts on your instruction
Agentic SSH executes commands that you approve, against hosts that you target, using AI models that you configure. You are responsible for reviewing the agent’s plan and for the consequences of actions you authorize.
6. Term & termination
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach these terms. Perpetual licenses continue for the version purchased per your plan.
